Pain in groin and down inner thigh
Aggravated by movement of the hip

    - Intertrochanteric femur fracture
    - Trochanteric femur fracture
- Shaft
  - Mid-shaft femur fracture (all subtrochanteric)
Hip dislocation
Pelvic fractures

Refer for for definitive diagnosis with electromyography
