Background
- Also known as "Four-pillar" injury[1]
- Involves fractures of both pubic rami bilaterally
- Causes a "butterfly segment" containing the pubic symphysis

- posterior arch injuries
- genitourinary injuries
Evaluation
- Xray
- CT better evaluates posterior arch
