Heyo, I have absolutely zero experience with computer circuitry and I want to get into it by the means of building a 32 by 32 LED light grid, which can be programmed with BASIC. I want to use a Texas Instruments Arm microprocessor to process the code and display the lights that were programmed to show up. Which one should I use, and how would I go about connecting the processor to the grid? Anything is appreciated. Thank you all for reading! -NuLL

(I have no experience with this field, so I have not tried anything, nor would I know how to try to go about it.)

  • You have *many* hours of research to do. If you have your heart set on using a TI ARM device, search for "ti launchpad". Otherwise, begin with something like an Arduino starter kit and an 8x8 LED matrix. – Andrew Morton Aug 27 '23 at 17:23
