Newly Delivered Indoor Areca Palm Browning, Withering, Yellowing, Dying Leaves
I received an Areca Palm from Bloomscape about two weeks ago. It doesn't seem to be doing too well. I've cut off around 15 fronds at the base that have withered, yellowed, browned, and died.

What to do about areca palm stems and leaves to get healthy again
As you can see in the photo, the stems do not seem healthy. There's also another problem which causes the leaves to turn brown and curly. It is next to the window with direct sunlight, I water it once a week. The flat has floor heating.
