Semionotus

Semionotus (from Greek: σημιον semion, 'mark' and Greek: νῶτος nôtos, 'back') is an extinct genus of ray-finned fish found throughout Northern Pangaea (North America and Europe) during the late Triassic, becoming extinct in the Early Jurassic.
