Rustam Minnikhanov
Rustam Nurgaliyevich Minnikhanov (Russian: Руста́м Нургали́евич Минниха́нов; Tatar: Рөстәм Нургали улы Миңнеханов, romanized: Röstəm Nurğali ulı Miñnexanov; born 1 March 1957) is a Russian politician who has served as the head of Tatarstan, a federal subject of Russia, since 2010.
