Potamides
Potamides (/ˌpoʊˈtæmɪˌdiːz/; Ancient Greek: Ποταμίδες) were a type of water nymph of Greco-Roman mythology. They were assigned to a class of nymphs of fresh water known as naiads and as such belonged to a category that presided over rivers and streams.
