Pamplona, officially the Municipality of Pamplona (Ibanag: Ili nat Pamplona; Ilocano: Ili ti Pamplona; Tagalog: Bayan ng Pamplona), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Cagayan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 24,781 people.
