Minsk Spring
The "Minsk Spring" or "Belarusian Spring" (Belarusian: "Мінская вясна", "Беларуская вясна") was a series of mass street protests in 1996 and 1997 against the increasingly-authoritarian rule of President Alexander Lukashenko.
