Jing (Chinese medicine)

Jing (Chinese: 精; pinyin: jīng; Wade–Giles: ching¹) is the Chinese word for "essence", specifically Kidney essence. Along with qi and shen, it is considered one of the Three Treasures of traditional Chinese medicine.
