Cheboksary (/ˌɛbɒkˈsɛəri/; Russian: Чебокса́ры, IPA: [tɕɪbɐˈksarɨ]; Chuvash: Шупашкар, romanized: Šupaškar) is the capital city of Chuvashia, Russia, and a port on the Volga River.
