This wikiHow teaches you how to tag a member of a Discord chat channel on an Android.
Steps

1Open Discord. It’s the blue icon with a white gamepad. You should find it on your home screen or in the app drawer.

2Tap ☰. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.Advertisement

3Tap the server. Servers are listed along the left side of the screen.

4Tap the channel. You’ll see them listed under “Text Channels” and “Voice Channels.” This will open the chat channel.

5Tap Message #<groupname>. The keyboard will appear.

6Tap the @ key. Now you’ll see a list of members in the channel.

7Select the person you want to tag. To find them, start typing the first few letters of their name to narrow down the member list, then tap their name.

8Type your message.

9Tap the send icon. It’s the paper airplane icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The message will now appear in the chat and the person you tagged will be notified.
