I am an electrical engineer by education with a strong slant towards writing great software. I have been in the embedded software/firmware space for about 20 years, including my time spent at university. I very much enjoy dealing with the challenges faced with embedded systems, like limited resources and needing deep knowledge of the entire system.

While I've spent most of my time writing in C with 8- and 16- bit architectures running a superloop, I am slowly having the opportunity to write C++ on 32- bit architectures, while also learning about RTOSes and other embedded OSes.
