Physics people, i have a little bit of knowledge. i need your help, I believe what i see in my mind is possible. but i need your conversation to understand how to say it. please help me sound intelligent.

i am a director, i am a director, i am a director (directors cause the light to redirect itself) (they are three wide, and three high) this, "Frill", is in effect a macro level fresnel setup, used to feed a real Fresnel lens that will direct all light to a single point.

so you have a 3x3 matrix of lenses concentration down to a single Fresnel lens which takes all those photons of light and directs them to a single point.
can you help ? can you put my thinking into understandable physics language? lets talk.
