I retired from a 35 year career in IT, primarily in data security working with both RACF & ACF2. I now work as a consultant for a small company located in Massachusetts. My work is done remotely from my home in Kentucky to our clients' data centers.

I don't get to code as much in Visual Basic as I have in the past. But I have a number of programs I want to update from GBasic or earlier versions of VBasic. Once I retire (again) maybe I'll find the time.

For now in my spare time I get away from the keyboard and run. I have completed a distance run of a half marathon or longer in all 50 states plus DC. Now I'm shooting to complete my 70th distance run around my 70th birthday, spring of 2020.
