My day job is as a mechanical engineer in the factory automation industry.

By night, I'm usually sucking down coffee while tinkering, building, and or coding some new hobby project.

My most recent project is a cnc mill (not router) with a workspace of 14"x14"x10" and capable of milling steel. Currently I'm working on writing the control interface which is a UWP app and communicates to serial devices.

Next will be a 6 axis robotic arm with roughly a 48" reach and integrated with vision for object recognition.
