I am a Microsoft Certified software developer with a technical background and expert in the field of Microsoft’s Silverlight, Windows Presentation and Communication Foundations, XNA and SQL server software development. I am passionate in coaching, identify and implementing improvements to existing systems. All this makes me feel at home in the following roles:

• Lead Innovator, coach, trainer and process engineer;
• Project leader / manager.

Starting my career in the industrial automation, I gained experience targeting mainly Controls and Human Machine Interfacing in the production environments of IBM, Intel, Samsung and more. Up to two to three years, Manufacturing Execution Systems and SCADA got more focus. Currently working for Philips as lead innovator and Silverlight technology expert I am;

• Responsible for the design and development of Silverlight/WPF enterprise frameworks.
• Realizing applications and services that meet the high standards of the Philips business and guard expectations regarding usability and User Experience demands.
• Developing SharePoint solutions integrated with Silverlight components and Enhancing SAP portals with Silverlight websites and applications.
• As usability expert in the User Experience group; created wireframes, interaction and motion designs in prototyping tools of Expression Blend Studio.
• Won a Philips Innovation contest based on the "Blue Ocean Strategy", which allowed me to elaborate my ideas with the help of considerable funding, comprehensive facilitations, and an extensive professional team to work with.
• As Lead Innovator expert prepared Dragons Den’s meetings to advise, support and guide other innovators within Philips to get
  the most out of there idea.
