I am an Information Technology Professional for more than 15 years. I have been working as a Project Manager in Business Intelligence Projects and as a BPM consultor. I have great experience with Project Management with deliverables in the Brazil and abroad. I have Masters degree in Software Engineering, MBA in Information Technology and Business Intelligence, Specialization in higher education, beyond PMP and ITIL Certifications and BPM Consultant.

In academic field, I have been working as a researcher and at the moment I drive a research about Information Technology in the supporting of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and development sustainable. The project is called: Viewing Environment and Social Analyzes - VESA.

I am a great fan of the best practices and I try apply them as much as possible because I understand they form the fundamental basis of governance.
