For the past 18 years I've been developing database driven web applications for various internet companies. I've developed applications for e-commerce, surveys, portals, time tracking, affiliate ad networks, comparison shopping, webmail and online calendars. The applications were developed in Perl using a variety of databases (Sybase, Oracle, Postgres and MySQL).

For the last 6 years I've been creating Tools written in Python/Pylons/Pyramid/Django using SQLite/Oracle databases or WebSerivce APIs from applications/services (like RT, Rally, Salesforce and Strongmail) to manage, configure and generate reports for various applications. Many of these Tools also implement RESTful APIs that can be utilized by other applications or Tools.
