I am in "Digital Pest Control" professionally. I work for Microsoft in Developer Support. I help our developer customers find bugs, either in the Microsoft tools they use, or in the code they created with our tools. My specialties are VC++ and MFC, but I support all of the programming languages in Visual Studio, as well as the fundamental parts of the .NET Framework. I also support data access technologies like ODBC, OLEDB, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework. I also support Windows Forms, WPF, and Silverlight. Obviously, I am not an expert in all of it, but I'm trying to be.

In my spare time, I sing. I belong to multiple choruses, as well as an a cappella quartet, Smooth Brew. I also enjoy craft beers, especially barrel-aged imperial stouts, fine IPAs, and Belgian Tripels.
