BY DAY: Work as a Network Engineer and support Cisco ICM Contact Center Enterprise platform and its associated "third party" applications. Reporting has historically been the "albatross around the neck". BY NIGHT: Working to resolve key reporting request for the contact center using HTML5, CSS, JS, PHP, Python 2.7 and T-SQL queries. The "canned" reports just don't address all the BU requests.
