Currently manage several websites and web servers across an enterprise (at the Windows Server, IIS level and developer/debug level), create/model/manage data driven web applications and client side web applications. Serve as Team DBA for Dev, Stg and Prod server instances. Created and manage paperless instructor-led courseware delivery application across several organizational areas. Serve as a Training Consultant while analyzing workplace performance problems and recommend and/or develop solutions to mitigate such problems. Work with business areas at the learning, performance and management levels while creating solutions serving as a liaison between technical solutions and said area's discourse.

My primary application development methodologies lean more towards Agile, due to business demand. My technical expertise lies in C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML(4/5) and Flash. My work, knowledge and skills include many other languages including VBA, PHP, XML, image editing, etc.
