I graduated with a PhD in Computing Science from Aberdeen University in November 2015. My research area during my PhD was the learning of object pair manipulation affordances in a developmental way and I am interested in Developmental Robotics, Modelling Cognitive Development, General Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. From April to December 2015 I worked as Research Assistant at the University of Southern Denmark, where I continued my research in the field of Developmental Robotics.
Since April 2016 I am working fulltime as software development consultant for a San Francisco (US) based Robotics start-up, where I am developing parts of the robotic vision and planning modules. As a side project I am working for the University of Aberdeen Professor Wei Pang on a machine learning project for finding and optimising Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) based models of Biological and Chemical processes.
