I feel that attitude is everything, nothing in life worth having came easy and that is part of the draw of programming, that it is just that, a challenge. Programming is my passion, I enjoy and love working endlessly to solve a problem and come to the optimum solution. Being openminded about different ways to approach a problem is key to growing as a developer and as a person. Intelligence is important, the right attitude it is the difference between growth and stagnation.
