My responsibility include but not limited to Lead the BI Team’s operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and  Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all BI systems.  Benchmark, analyse, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT  Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements in delivering new reporting functionality. Organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources and infrastructure that supports the BI environments. Manage financial aspects of the IT projects, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.  Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for BI spending and initiatives.  Approve and oversee projects and project portfolio.  Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures related to BI systems, including those for audit compliance, architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.  Manage BI Team staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.  Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organisation’s General Manager of Information Technology.
