I work for Telstra Health in Melbourne Australia helping implement the HL7 FHIR specification in .NET, and am one of the contributors to the open source FHIR .NET Client (on GitHub), and built the reference sqlonfhir FHIR server.

I'm on the HL7 Patient Administration workgroup, and regular at the HL7 FHIR Connectathons.
