I have been programming since I was 11 yrs old (since 1998). I started with basic HTML, moved my way into CSS and JS. I really found a passion in coding so I moved into C++/Visual Basic. I got as far as Visual API's in C++ and 3D Open GL programming in VB although that was quite a while ago.

These days I favor web design preferring an HTML5/CSS3/JS(JQUERY)/AJAX/PHP/MySql blend. The addition of AJAX is a fascinating chunk of code opening up so many possibilities. Coupled with the JQUERY library client Side no longer has to compete with server Side as both can now become one. Currently I am working on a framework I call Synergy to integrate JS with PHP via AJAX.

I tried to pick up backbone.js but found I ended up overwriting most of the functions to fit my purposes. It was through this effort I had the idea to just build my own framework. While it may not be as established as existing frameworks it is built tailored to my style of coding which benefits me greatly.

My real passion is system development. While I do design full websites and have some Photoshop experience, its the system design that drives me. I believe in creating efficiency systems through intelligent automation. In my world any task that has to be performed that can be automated is a crime. I pride myself in understanding the end user and creating streamlined intuitive UI's.
