Hardware service, maintenance, and repair. I spend the majority of my days working on IBM midrange and enterprise systems. I work on practically any type of system you could find in a data center but specialize in the former mentioned product lines. x86, SAN, NAS, and SAS are a breeze. I sometimes get caught up spending a lot of time working through critical problems in enterprise tape libraries (IBM, Quantum, Quantum rebrands) as well.
