I am currently a bioinformaticist working at Q2 Lab Solutions. I help develop pipelines for next generation sequencing analysis.

I earned my PhD from the University of North Carolina in the labs of Jeff Dangl and Corbin Jones. I developed pipeline for analysis of metagenome data.
