My first contact with a computer was with a Comodore 64, it was difficult to do things like the ones we do and get as granted. After that I got a desktop with Windows 98 but besides it was (I think) the best of, time caught me with disappointing surprises, but finally what got me very tired the ease of getting viruses, trojans and many other threads you get with that system. Last year using win had to format my computer at least 4 times. I am a Math and computer sciences teacher and usb pendrives are a pain in the neck. So I decided to move from Windows to Linux when the last 2 service packs on XP, it was the time of Ubuntu 6 (I think). So I migrated to Linux. I have tested CENTOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu specially LXQT, and from time to time I sit using Icewm (not for the xp themes) but for it's simplicity and speed, that's because I tend to get old hardware and I try to get the best of it by using a system that isn't resource hungry.
