I've been in the design industry since 1997.

My consulting business is Gratzer Graphics, and we provide design and accessibility services. I've been an accessibility specialist since 2016.

I've provided InDesign accessibility training to the U.S. Department of the Interior, at the CreativePro InDesign + Accessibility Summit and at other events.

Through my other business, Creative Boost, I teach accessibility courses for designers and developers, I have several design business resources, and I mentor them about freelancing issues.
