I am a Senior Support Techician for a company that provides litigation support services, primarily a service called Electronic Data Discovery (EDD). I have been in the industry for close to 10 years, and my responsibilities include supporting the C++ in-house enterprise application our company uses, small apps development in C#, working with SQL-Server, training other support technicians, and administering the ticketing system of the company.

I have a working knowledge of C#, C++, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and T-SQL.
