My area of specialty is Microsoft SQL Server (since version 7.0), NextGen Healthcare EHR and EPM (since 2001), VMware and Storage Area Networks. I manage SQL Servers (cluster and VMware hosted) that host over 40 databases for our medical records, practice management and financial applications.
