With more than 20 years of experience in IT, going through several areas such as Customer Service Technician, Service Support Technician and Service Reporting.

In the Report area, in addition of being team supervisor, I developed and delivered reports in many formats for internal and external customers. To improve data quality and process automation, I gained experience and knowledge in several tools and methods. With experience in working with PostgreSQL, Excel VBA coding, report development in JasperSoft Studio and management of JasperReport Server.

I have knowledge of Business Intelligence processes. Data Warehouse and Dimension Modeling, Data Integration with Talend Open Studio and creating reports and dashboards in Power BI with DAX. Creating dashboards with Tableau.

I have knowledge of Javascript Course (ES6 +) for front-end (with Webpack, babel, React, React Hooks) and back-end (with Node, Express, MySQL / MariaDB and MongoDB).
