I have always been interested in programming, playing around with HTML starting in junior high and writing my first program in AutoHotKey, of all things (I totally extended it past what it is meant for), when I was a high school senior.

I am currently a researcher and my work has required me to hone my programming skills, as well as a little bit of networking, computer security, and radio communications. My strongest language is by far python, but I have dabbled in several other languages, including: perl, Visual Basic, C#, javascript, bash/cshell and some other specialty-specific languages.
