My Academic background is in Electronic Systems Engineering (C.I.T Cork, Ireland).

I am currently a Research and Development Engineer for a company here in Athens since the start of this year. We take part in European Projects and make partnerships with other EU SMEs as a part of larger projects. I personally focus on innovation and technology and I currently run 2 projects at this time. My main scope here is reaserch and Development (Tech research - Software Hardware programming), B2B communications (Meetings with Partner SMEs for planning - travelling for project trials - Presentations) and making sure we keep up with the tasks based on the Overall Project Plan. Part of my role includes Document writing (Project Deliverables - integration test reports etc.). Experienced in the use of Linux OS commands - Python 2-3 - Embedded Systems - Reports / Tests and Document writing as well as B2B communications.

Before that, I worked as a T2 support specialist for a company in Limassol (Cyprus) which designed CRM Platforms for the online trading sector. My role included handling escalated issues (Super admin access - investigating history Logs for troubleshooting - Database querries), communicating with R&D Team for Bug verification. Experienced in the use of FreshDesk - ZenDesk - JIRA(Atlassian) - MySQL.

I have also worked for Teleperformance Hellas under the DropBox Inc. project in the support Department for Enterprise Support B2B. This was the beginning of my exposure and experience in technical and customer support.

I enjoy watching sports with people over a few drinks on weekends. I love playing music (Drums) and I am a competitive Hearthstone player (Children's Card Game :) )
