Sean Weppner is a creative technologist, technical team and business leader, experienced in leading teams of engineers and data scientists across a variety of areas. His primary focus areas are corporate intrapreneurship and analytics work in Professional Sports and the Intelligence and Defense communities.

Experience includes: - Leading and managing multiple teams of engineers across various efforts - Building, managing, and leveraging partnerships with companies such as Microsoft to build value for clients and drive innovation - Identifying trends and shaping internal investment efforts around market opportunities - Leading innovation focused people programs, such as incubators or co-op programs, to help build a culture centered around technology and innovation, as well as help to invest internally in our staff and build stronger technologists - Creating and leading hackathons in partnership with clients in the MLB and other spaces to help build engagement, awareness, and solutions for big hairy problems - Senior developer and data scientist still actively engaged in designing and developing solutions in python, java, javascript (including jquery/d3JS, Angular), html/CSS focusing on methodologies that include social network analysis, deep learning, moneyball/sports analytics, and general web development/data visualization.
