Except where I'm quoting someone else, I release all code snippets I share under the Unlicense and I release all other text in my questions, answers, and comments under the Creative Commons Zero License. This means you can use anything I post on any Stack Exchange site without having to worry about copyright at all.

The reason for this is because I personally feel that my contributions are small enough that releasing them under a license that requires attribution would be unnecessary. All the same, I'm a big fan of copyleft and highly suggest using a copyleft license whenever possible for projects larger than 300 lines of code, as the Free Software Foundation suggests.
