worked for several companies while studying at University of Houston pursuing a Computer Science degree. After graduating with honors, I was recruited by JPMorgan Chase, where I have gained valuable experience and have helped my department make significant progress. My diligence and contribution to the team have been recognized with three successive promotions in the span of five years, making me the youngest Vice President at JPMorgan Chase.
As a junior developer, I evolved into an expert in Java, J2EE, and became well versed on all other major web-related technologies. As our team grew, so did my responsibilities. I quickly took on all screen-related efforts for my team and eventually led and managed many developers, helping them reach technical solutions for complex business problems. Finally, I have introduced and implemented many best practice methods to the team, which have ultimately led to my latest promotion as Vice President at the beginning of January, 2011.
In 2012, I was nominated and selected to be part of a very prestigious and exclusive training program, called Expert Engineering (E2). Only 30 participants out of tens of thousands of technologists are selected to be part of this program. The E2 Program is a leadership development program that equips high-performing, high-potential technologists with the skills needed to solve complex, technology-dependent business problems.
