In clinical research as Head of Informatics, I controlled the P&L responsibility for five global service lines operating in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific: Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Clinical Data Management and Clinical Database Build. These services delivered approximately 20% of total corporate revenue.
