Graphic designer trying to learn about the web. My goal is to make a living out of it.

I once heard a guy explain the concept of plus, minus and equal. If you want to become good at anything, find someone superior to learn from (hence the plus). Also find your equal to challenge yourself (=). Lastly, find someone who knows less than you, so you can teach them (-).

At the moment, I can only find plusses :)
