Senior technology leader with extensive knowledge and experience of data technology, analytics, financial markets, marketing and people management. Excellent communicator and product evangelist, able to successfully bridge the explanation gap between technologists and business users.

Completed a PhD in finance and optimization at Imperial College London whilst working at British Telecom Group Treasury. Developed equity derivative pricing models at JPMorgan, London. Jointly founded data management ISV Xenomorph Software Limited and became CEO involving regular speaking opportunities at industry events. Member of the Steering Committee of PRMIA whilst working in New York. Selected by Institutional Investor as a member of their finance industry Tech 50 for two years in a row. After exiting Xenomorph, I have undertaken an MSc in Systems Intelligence at De Montfort University to refresh and extend my knowledge of analytics and machine learning.

I am currently Head of EMEA for Datasynthesis, a provider of data quality management solutions to financial markets firms. I am also a board advisor to quantitative trading strategy provider OptiRisk Systems, to the Thurn Group in sonar technology and to In Partnership International who provide blended learning services to the insurance industry. As well as enjoying sport and keeping fit, I am a board member of the American Youth Table Tennis Organization (AYTTO) with its programs for school aged children to enhance their physical health, character and academic achievement.
