I was a field based exploration geologist in West Africa for five years before I decided to pursue a full-time career in the digital space. I’ve always loved to build things, and the opportunities to build through coding and web-development are endless.

Working in exploration has given me a unique skillset to solve complex problems with incomplete information. This positions me well to take on the multi-faceted challenges of the online world.

I began my coding journey teaching myself online through Codecademy and after a month I was hooked. I then challenged myself even further, diving into General Assembly’s three month web development immersive!

Did I mention I love to build things? Im not trying to build the "intersection of techonology and humanity". I like building tools that make peoples' lives better, not ones that draw them in, keep them there and waste their time!

Right now I want to work with a values-driven team to share and solidify my learnings from GA and cut my teeth in a production environment.
