I have organized and formatted a web novel into a printable document, but I am unable to contact the original author. Can I publicly release this formatted document? If so, what kind of license should I choose? I would prefer to opt for a license that is as open and free as possible (e.g., a CC license). Throughout the formatting process, I exclusively used open-source fonts (such as Noto Sans).
