We’ve submitted our MFi Application (Product Plan) twice. Rejected without reasons and says too busy to Answer questions.

Simple. We’ve added a USB-C port to our iOT device and need the authentication chip.

Do these selections look correct?

Technology: iAP (not WAC). Components: MFI343S00177 Authentication 3.0 Coprocessor Lightning connector (we’re also including a USB-C cable).

Transport(s) for iAP communication. As the iOT is driven by our iOS App, is it correct that the Apple device will be the accessory USB Device Mode?

Features used in this accessory. Are these correctly checked? WiFi Information Sharing. Might be useful? iAP2. Sounds needed? EA iAP2 Session? Didn't find this in the Docs*. EA Native Transport? Didn't find this in the Docs*. Location Information. Planning to add GPS in the future. Are any other features needed?

  • Docs: Accessory Design Guidelines for Apple Devices

Licensed Components Connectors: Lightning C79-USBH (USB Host Mode)

Authorized Parties As we’ll be both the Product Plan Owner, Component Procurer, and Final Assembler, is it correct to lave the Procurer and Assembler blank?

Any and all feedback much appreciated.

Sure wish Steve were still around,

David
