My first time here. I was hoping someone could show me (or give me) a piece of code that would allow for a flashing text reminder to appear on Windows at a specific time of the day?
I don't want this to use task scheduler and need it to work across multiple user profiles on Windows and be located to a specific PC. The file can sit on the hard drive on the machine.
