Getting error "nothing to compile" in VS Code

Question

I import a solidity code in VS Code and I use hardhat (Yarn) but when I want to compile I get a "nothing to compile" error.

I cannot deploy the code on Ubuntu. I have used a step by step YouTube video but my project has not been OK. I check some answers on Stack Overflow but they did not work.
