whenever I try to connect with my Guest Operating System, using my Microsoft Remote Desktop android app, I got this error massage :
Unable to connect We couldn't connect to the remote PC because the PC can't be found. Please provide the fully-qualified name or the IP address of the remote PC and then try again. Error code: 0x104
I have tried entering host name in different formats, but failed. I don't know what the problem is.
I an using the following:
On Remote PC:
- Host Operating System : windows 11 Pro 64 Bit.
- Virtualization Platform : Hyper-V Virtualization.
- Guest Operating System : Debian 12 64 Bit.
for Local PC, I am using the Device:
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, Model: M1908C3JI.
- Remote Desktop Client software : Microsoft Remote Desktop android app.
My Remote PC is connected with router via ethernet cable and the local PC (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and Model: M1908C3JI) is connect with the same network(router) with WIFI.
tried different formats of host name and IP address combinations also appended port number.
