Ok, so hello everyone! I have a MacBook Pro 2018. A friend helped me install Boot Camp to be more versatile, so now I have Windows as well. Yesterday, when I tried to go into my Windows, I encountered a black screen. When I press the Command or Shift buttons, I see a blue interface (recovery page). I've tried many things to recover Windows, and even the reset (whether data will be lost or not) doesn't work.
Please help me!
