Missing toolbars and project explorer is missing from Microsoft VBA

I have tried:

1. Disable Tablet Mode - This is disabled initially, so not an option.
2. Press ALT to try and activate the toolbars.
3. Right click everywhere on the VBA screen to check for toolbar options, I got none, just maximize, minimize, close and all that for Window control.
4. Delete DOCK from registry.
5. Tried quick repair.
6. I do not have the option to disable and enable MS Office in appwiz.cpl > Change
7. Will re-install during the weekend.
